Time: Registration 11:30 a.m./1 p.m. shotgun start
Place: Quail Ridge Golf Club, 8375 36th St. SE, Ada, MI
Format: 4-person golf scramble
Fee: $110/person before April 5. $125/person on or after April 6
Includes: Use of driving range prior to golf, 18 holes of golf with cart, lunch, dinner, gift bag, door prizes and awards following play

- Mild Hearing Loss Experience (free participation to experience the challenges of hearing loss at 30 decibels while wearing ear plugs)
